    “We booked the top-floor corner suite for three nights and spent approximately $3,000, plus an additional $150 for the birthday package as a surprise for my fiancée. When we arrived, none of the birthday amenities that were purchased—balloons, decorations, chocolates, or anything else—were in the room. The surprise was the main reason I purchased the package. I called the front desk immediately. I was simply told the concierge was responsible and had already gone home. There was no apology, no effort to resolve it that evening, and no attempt to make things right beyond agreeing to cancel and refund the package. While the room itself was acceptable, it did not feel exceptional for the price paid. Combined with the complete failure to deliver a prepaid birthday package and the lack of customer service, this was a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again or recommend it”
